1. Use of this Website.

2. Payment for Work Performed By Green State Landscaping, LLC.
Once signing a quote/proposal, the customer is expected to kindly provide the following:
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of contract.
- 30% due when project is halfway completed.
- 40% due upon finalization.

3. Taxes:
- Prices include taxes, so no additional payments for maryland taxes or any other applicable taxes are required.
4. Methods of Payment Accepted.

5. Warranties on Work Performed By Green State Landscaping, LLC.
Any work performed by Green State Landscaping has a one-year warranty after the acceptance date, and applies only when customer has not modified or damaged the work performed.
6. Preparing for your Project
For some projects, it is recommended you call MISSUtility or your local or state utility companies to varify the locations of any underground gas lines, electrical lines, or other pre-existing infrastructure on your property before work can begin. Also, please note that you will need to check if you are required to receive a permit from the local authorities or from your Homeowners Association if applicable before work can begin. Some projects may require a permit from local authorities and/or your homeowner’s association. 7. Unforeseeable Situations and Acts of God.
Green State Landscaping, LLC., will not be able to provide a warranty on any damage caused by electrical malfunctions, gas line defects, or gas line explosions. Green State Landscaping will not be able to provide a warranty on any damage caused by natural disasters.
